For several years, we have felt called to minister to the nations. This has been a deep desire of our hearts and something we have prayed about for a long time. In February we had the opportunity to attend The Send in Orlando, FL. It was an amazing time of worship, prayer and activation to go into the mission field. We felt like the Lord was speaking to us that it was time for us to begin to take action in going to the nations. Since then we have been approached about multiple ministry trips this year. A friend of ours had a dream that led to him inviting us with him on a ministry trip to Europe. After a few weeks of praying, Jon also had a very clear dream that we were to go. We will be going this May and are very excited about this opportunity, believing the Lord will do many signs, wonders, miracles and salvations while we are there.
Also, this year, we have been invited to minister in Texas and Costa Rica. We cannot express how excited we are about what the Lord is doing!
First and foremost, we ask for prayer. Pray that the Lord gives us wisdom and revelation concerning these trips, and that as we go, people would have genuine life changing encounters with Jesus. We want to see Matthew 10:7-8 fulfilled: "And as you go, preach this message: Heaven's kingdom realm is accessible, close enough to touch. You must continually bring healing to lepers and to those who are sick, and make it your habit to break off the demonic presence from people and raise the dead back to life. Freely you have received the power of the kingdom. So freely release it to others."
Secondly, we are asking for your support. We need $5000 to help cover the costs of these ministry trips. If you would like to sow into these opportunities, we would be honored for you to partner with us. You can donate online at www.iwellspring.org/give and reference Jon and Joanna Gurr. And you can keep up with our travels right here on the blog!
We love each and every one of you. Thank you for your prayers and support!
Blessings,
